Thomas
R. Liebermann

The management team is lead by Thomas R.
Liebermann as the company’s Chairman of the Board
and CEO. Previously, Mr. Liebermann was the
Chairman and CEO of Advanced Frequency Products,
a wireless transceiver manufacturer that merged
with Signal Technologies, a NASDAQ traded
company, in December of 1999. Mr. Liebermann
was also the CEO of Kaye Instruments, a scientific
measurement device company, which he also
led to a merger with a public company in London.
Mr. Liebermann was also an executive at Cummins
Engine Company, has a B.S. in Engineering
and a B.A. in Sociology, earned his MBA from
the Wharton School, serves on outside Boards
and has held leadership positions in the Young
Presidents’ Organization. |

Todd
Larrabee
Senior Vice President,
Installation Services

Todd Larrabee joined the company in August
of 1999, as the Vice President - Customer
Experience, from Circuit City Stores where
he was the Technical Installation Manager,
responsible for more than one million mobile
electronics installations per year. Prior
to his position as Technical Manager, he was
the Inventory Manager for the Mobile Electronics
Division for seven years. These positions
have provided Todd with the mobile electronics
experience involving training, products, pricing,
profitability, as well as coordination and
communication with over 500 locations at various
levels of management. Mr. Larrabee holds a
BA in Economics from the University of Richmond,
and is also MECP and ASE Certified. |

Ken
Appel
Vice President,
Marketing |
| Ken Appel joined the company in September
of 2000 as Vice President of Marketing and is
responsible for driving the Company’s business
through strategic and tactical marketing
programs. His numerous accomplishments at
MobileToys include the development and launch of
the Company’s B2B and B2C Web sites and
implementation of a project management process
that has greatly improved marketing and product
delivery campaign effectiveness. Mr. Appel’s 25
years of marketing and industry experience
enable him to provide strategic positioning and
marketing guidance for all three MobileToys
Strategic Business Units. Prior to joining
MobileToys, Mr. Appel served Kaye Instruments
for ten years as Director of Marketing and was
instrumental in launching numerous products and
services, developing and maintaining sales
channels, including the Company’s first Web
site, and managing the employee training
department. His marketing background also
includes positions at Siemens Automation,
Analogic Corporation and multiple marketing
consulting projects. Mr. Appel received a
Bachelors of Science in Chemistry from the
University of Massachusetts and has been a
participant in the American Management
Association, American Marketing Association,
Direct Marketing Association and the MIT
Enterprise
Forum. |

Paul Adams
Chief Technology Officer

Paul Adams joined the company in February 2001. As CTO, Mr. Adams
is charged with creating and maintaining a long-term vision and strategy
for the company's systems and technology. He also oversees the development
team that delivers software and Web services to our customers. Prior to
MobileToys, he was a Software Architect for CyberMedica, a bio-informatics
firm, where he led a team responsible for Internet services design, creation,
and implementation. Previously, he provided technical services to a diverse
variety of clients, ranging from Fortune 500 manufacturers to state
governments. His projects led teams into research, creation, and deployment
of new and emerging technologies such as large-scale ERP-CRM integration
and GIS systems for the Internet. Mr. Adams graduated from Emerson College
in 1993 and he is also Microsoft certified. |

Bradlee
T. Howe

Bradlee T. Howe serves as a consultant to
MobileToys in finance and administration.
He is President of Financial Managers Trust,
a Massachusetts-based business trust, which
he established in 1983. The company provides
part-time financial management to a number
of rapidly growing smaller companies, primarily
in southern New England. Prior to 1983, Mr.
Howe worked with a predecessor company for
two years as Vice President before purchasing
the client base. As a time-shared manager,
Mr. Howe served as the Editor and Publisher
of a weekly Cambridge-based newspaper, which
he helped to establish in 1981. Mr. Howe graduated
from Harvard in 1963, and later received his
business degree from Harvard Business School
in 1969. |

Philip
Francis

Philip Francis serves as Member of the Board
and is the Chairman, President and CEO of
PETsMART, a leading worldwide operator of
pet food, supplies and services superstores.
Mr. Francis coordinated a partnership with
Idealabs to also launch PETsMART.com, which
is the leading pet food and supplies e-commerce
website. Prior to joining PETsMART on March
1, 1998 he was President and Chief Operating
Officer of Shaw’s Supermarkets, Inc. headquartered
in Massachusetts. Mr. Francis is a graduate
of the University of Illinois and the Indiana
University Business School. He has over twenty-nine
years of experience in retail and wholesale,
and has held various managerial positions
with Roundy’s, Cardinal Health and Jewel Comp.

Bartlett

Seth Bartlett serves as Member of the Board
and is a Vice President at Sapient. Mr. Bartlett
provides overall management and leadership
to multidisciplinary engagement teams, working
closely with clients to understand their business
objectives. He has lead Sapient teams through
strategic initiatives in the client/server,
B2B and B2C space for Fortune 1000 clients
and start-ups. Mr. Bartlett has been with
Sapient since 1995. |

Bob Adams is founder and CEO of Adams Media
Corporation, a leading independent book publisher.
He is also founder and CEO of CareerCity.com,
Inc. and Businesstown.com, LLC internet businesses.Adams
has also founded and managed several other
businesses including The Careers Group, a
group of national recruitment magazines and
JobBank newspaper, a regional recruitment
newspaper. Adams personally wrote a number
of highly popular businessbooks including
Streetwise Small Business Start-Up and Streetwise
Complete Business Plan. He has been frequently
quoted in the media, and he created and hosted
the Streetwise Business segment that appeared
on First Business, the national morning television
business news program. Adams is a graduate
of Harvard Business School, Carleton College,
and Phillip’s Exeter Academy. |

Gurall serves as a member of the
MTd Board of Directors and for
the past 21 years has been president
and CEO of Concord Property Management,
Inc. Mr. Gurall has been involved
with the development and management
of commercial and residential
real estate valued at over $200,000,000.
Mr. Gurall was the former chairman
of Buyrite holdings, a publisher
of consumer auto pricing guides.
Prior to 1978 Mr. Gurall was employed
by Industrial nucleonics Corporation
of Columbus, Ohio, a manufacturer
for computer based process control
instrumentation for the paper
industry. He holds a BS and MS
from the University of Maine,
Orono, Maine. |
